Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms are a working template. Please review with the park's management before going live.
1. Validity
Gift cards purchased through this site are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, after which they expire and cannot be redeemed.
2. Redemption
Each gift card admits one person of the type purchased (Adult or Child) to Caversham Wildlife Park. The QR code on the gift card must be presented at the gate for scanning. Once redeemed, a gift card cannot be used again.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Gift cards are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your card was issued in error or as the result of fraud, contact us at sales@cavershamwildlife.com.au.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards
The QR code is the gift card. Please treat it like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or screenshot copies redeemed by another party.
5. Fraud Prevention
Purchases are screened for fraud. Suspicious orders may be held for manual review or declined. Stolen card use is reported to the relevant payment provider and to law enforcement.
