What we collect
When you purchase a gift card we collect:
- Your name, email address and contact phone number (purchaser)
- The recipient's name, optional email address and any personal message
- Your IP address, browser/device information, and the date and time of purchase — used to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
- Payment information processed by our third-party payment providers (eWAY and PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfil your gift card order, to send the gift card by email, to detect and prevent fraud, and to respond to enquiries you make.
Sharing
We share information only with our payment processors (for the purpose of completing your purchase) and with law enforcement if required to investigate fraudulent activity.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax law and to allow gift cards to be honoured during their validity period.
